1. Introduction

Welcome to Snippr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snippr mobile application and related services ("Snippr", "we", "us", "our"), provided by Yaroslav Shyshka, an individual developer.

By using Snippr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Snippr is a personal audio library tool that lets you extract audio from short-form videos (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) for personal, non-commercial use.

Audio files are accessible only within the app — they are stored in your private Snippr cloud library and cannot be downloaded to your device, exported, or shared with third parties. Snippr does not host publicly, distribute, or publish extracted content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snippr. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app and to purchase any subscription.

By using Snippr, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

To use Snippr, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Responsibility

Snippr is a tool. You are solely responsible for the content you extract using Snippr and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable copyright laws, intellectual property regulations, and the terms of service of the source platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).

You agree not to use Snippr to:

  • Extract content you do not have the rights to.
  • Resell, republish, or use extracted audio for commercial purposes.
  • Circumvent technical protections of source platforms.
  • Perform automated mass extraction or scraping.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's operation.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Snippr has no obligation to verify the legality of every extracted link but reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts upon discovery of violations.

6. Subscriptions (Free and Pro)

Snippr offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan with expanded features.

Pricing and terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. We may adjust pricing with advance notice.

Automatic Renewal: Snippr Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Refund Policy: By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access is granted immediately, and you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

All payments are processed through App Store or Google Play. We do not collect payment details directly.

7. Intellectual Property

Our rights: The Snippr logo, app design, code, text, and functionality belong to us and are protected by law. Use of our brand without written consent is prohibited.

Your rights: You retain all rights to any extracted content that belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal library.

Third-party rights: By extracting content, you are responsible for respecting the rights of its original owners.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Snippr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability of the service.
  • Freedom from errors or downtime.
  • That extracted files will be exact copies of the original.
  • That all source platforms will remain accessible.

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss.
  • Legal consequences of using extracted content in violation of third-party rights.
  • Technical issues on source platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Our maximum liability for any damages is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid for a subscription in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account at any time without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We receive a valid DMCA or copyright complaint regarding your content.
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorized use.
  • We discontinue the service.

You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Snippr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
